The Donated Goods Program connects items you no longer need or want, to the needs of others. The next time you...
Let the Donated Goods Program help!
Who Benefits?
The program serves local agencies, organizations, schools and churches, their clients and the community. Agencies submit requests that identify their needs. The majority of these donations address basic needs of the clients they serve. Other donations support the staff, facilities, and programs of local nonprofits.
Where Do Donations Come From?
Donations are provided by you! Each week the Volunteer Center publishes a list of Donated Goods Needed. We will also work with you to get things you have that are not on this list, to the people and organizations that need them. To make a donation, either complete a Donations Available form, contact the Donated Goods Program at 261-6672, or email DonatedGoods@volunteercentermc.org.
| Would your business, social club, family or church group like to do a special collection to help others in your community? The Donated Goods Program can assist you and direct your collection to the agency(s) most in need. Suggestions include non-perishable food, books, puzzles, socks, disposable diapers, baby items, mittens and caps, brown paper grocery bags, used eyeglasses, travel size/hotel/sample toiletries, items suitable to be used as BINGO prizes, inkjet printer cartridges, etc. Contact us at 715-261-6672 or DonatedGoods@volunteercentermc.org |

4th graders at St. Michael's School spearheaded
a book drive and asked the Donated Goods
Program for help with distribution. Kathy Krueger,
a volunteer at the Volunteer Center, is seen
here sorting the many boxes of books
collected. Thank You to all of the students who
participated in this effort.
