This program will continue until further notice... What is TVT?Tomorrow's Voices Today (TVT) is a youth television show produced by youth, for youth and the community. The show highlights positive people, places and activities that demonstrate the importance of volunteering. TVT team members are also invited to use TVT equipment for producing shows other than TVT (with mentor permission). So far, episodes have featured news stories, interviews, youth discussion panels and upcoming volunteer events. Who is TVT?TVT is youth driven with a little guidance from adult mentors. If you are a middle or high school student living in Marathon County you are welcome to join the diverse TVT team. Youth Volunteers plan, shoot, edit and anchor the entire television show. TVT is always looking for talented young people to join us in producing informative and entertaining shows that benefit our community.
No experience is necessary to join the TVT team. Training sessions are scheduled as needed. How can I be part of the TVT team? Contact Heather (one of the adult mentors)
TVT airs on Wausau Public Access Channel 10
When are TVT meetings? Every Monday TVT team members meet in the Public Access editing room from 4:00pm to 6:00 but special arrangements can be made for motivated youth who cannot make the scheduled meeting time. Want more TVT...?More team members are always welcome!!! Do you have unique and original ideas? Have you ever wanted to make your own television show? Have your friends ever told you that you are the next Steven Spielberg? or Are you aching to let people know about the issues that are important to you?
